Aaria is now supporting you in your job search
Starting in March 2025, we are offering new services to support our members in their job search. These services are provided in collaboration with Coolla Ltd, a company specialising in career and job search services.
Coolla’s experts provide comprehensive support for all stages of your job search. You can access these services by logging into our eService.
The services include the following job search support components:
- Recognizing your skills
- Job search channels
- Templates for job application documents
- Feedback on job application documents
- Practicing job interview situations
Using these services is voluntary
The new services are available free of charge to all members of Aaria Unemployment Fund. Participation is voluntary, so you can decide whether to make use of them. Whether or not you use these services has no impact on your unemployment benefits.
Legislative change enabled new services
Previously, unemployment funds were not permitted to offer employment support services to their members. A legislative amendment made last summer expanded the role of unemployment funds, allowing us to actively support our members in finding employment.
