Change to our telephone service hours as of 1 March 2024
Our telephone service hours on Tuesdays will change as of the start of March.
As of 1 March 2024, our telephone service hours are as follows:
- Mondays from 9:00 to 12:00
- Tuesdays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- Wednesdays from 9:00 to 12:00
- Thursdays from 9:00 to 12:00.
Until 29 February 2024, our telephone service hours are as follows:
- Mondays from 9:00 to 12:00
- Tuesdays from 12:00 to 2:00 pm
- Wednesdays from 9:00 to 12:00
- Thursdays from 9:00 to 12:00.
Our telephone service is available at 020 7655 900.
We will continue to respond to calls from authorities and partners on our separate administrative service number Monday-Friday from 9.00 am. to 2.00 pm. The administrative service number is provided to authorities and the fund’s partners.
