Exceptions in our services during the summer

Midsummer Eve, 21 June 2024, is not a payment date for benefits. This may cause a slight delay in benefit payments.

Our telephone service hours on Tuesdays will change during summer.

You can reach us by phone from 1 June to 31 August 2024:

Mondays from 9:00 to 12:00
Tuesdays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Wednesdays from 9:00 to 12:00
Thursdays from 9:00 to 12:00.

Until 31 May 2024, our telephone service hours are as follows:

Mondays from 9:00 to 12:00
Tuesdays from 1:00 to 4:00 pm
Wednesdays from 9:00 to 12:00
Thursdays from 9:00 to 12:00.

Our telephone service is available at 020 7655 900.

You can also contact us via our eService. In the eService, in addition to sending messages, you can view, among other things, payment notifications and decisions and send us applications and attachments through it.
